Welcome to Paradise! This 9th floor southeast corner unit is directly ON THE BEACH and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of America from the beach side balcony as well as glimpses of the City of Orange Beach from the street side balcony. From this height, the panoramic view is breathtaking! You can see dolphin activity or take in gorgeous sunrises and sunsets all from the comfort of your private balcony, which also overlooks the beautiful Phoenix 1 pool. This spacious unit sleeps 10 and features 3B/2B, Full size washer/dryer, granite countertops in the bathrooms, and large living/kitchen area with a new smart TV and sound bar. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. All the bedrooms have TV’s and plenty of closet space. The sofa opens up to queen size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal and eat in. The pub height dining table will seat six and the expansive counter space can accommodate four more for meals. There is plenty of room for families and friends to enjoy gatherings while still having personal space. Our building is perfect for mature couples as well as families. Numerous amenities (game room, workout rooms and several pools) available. Perfect location with plenty of options for adults and children whether it be shopping, dining and other entertainment. The famous Flora-Bama is only about 6 miles away! To sum it up, this condo in the beautiful Phoenix 1 complex has it all for the makings of a great vacation or long term escape.
