The fully stocked chef’s kitchen makes cooking a joy, with high-end appliances, two oversized islands (one with seating for four), and generous prep space. Two more beautifully decorated bedrooms—one king, one queen—share a full bath on this level, giving everyone plenty of space to rest and recharge. We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you! Important Notes for Your Stay: • No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided. • Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation. • A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays. • No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Sunset Hideaway. • Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance! • Boat Dock Info - Planning to bring your own boat? We’re happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can’t guarantee compatibility with all boat types. • Lake Levels May Vary - Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
