Important Notes for Your Stay:
• Charge with ease! An EV 50A plug is available for guest use during your stay.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
• A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info- Planning to bring your own boat? We’re happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can’t guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
• Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
