You must adhere to the Condominium Rules and Regulations during your stay at all time. Those will be provided to you upon arrival. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police.
