GREAT BEACH VIEWS: The wrap-around balcony and the unique location of this building let you see miles of beach! And you’re close to Perdido Pass so you’ll see boats travelling in and out of Perdido Pass and the Gulf.
OPEN FLOOR PLAN: With the living room, dining room and kitchen in the front of the unit, you and your guests get beautiful views of the Gulf while you cook, dine and unwind together in one bright, open space. With the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom in the back of the unit, you have added privacy and quiet, plus another balcony with views of the bay.
COMFORTS OF HOME: The living room has a 60” smart TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a Bluetooth stereo so you can easily play music from your own phone/tablet. The bedrooms (K, Q, Q+Q) have large flat-screen TVs, DVD players, top-notch Tempur-Pedic mattresses, and soft, cozy comforters. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, knives, glassware and upgraded appliances.
