The Space
Designed as an homage to Palm Springs’ playful mid-century charm, this beautifully updated ranch-style home offers room for everyone to relax. Two separate living rooms provide space to gather or unwind, while stylish furnishings and warm natural light create the perfect desert backdrop.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Viking wine cooler, and everything needed for home meals or entertaining. Large screen TVs in the primary bedroom and main living room (both with Amazon Fire) make movie nights easy.
Each of the three bedrooms opens directly to the pool area, creating effortless indoor/outdoor flow throughout the home. With central AC plus ductless AC units in every bedroom, guests can customize their comfort in every room.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome here—outdoor spaces are securely fenced, and there’s plenty of room for strolls and sunbathing.

The front yard features a tranquil cactus and meditation garden with views of the Palm Springs “river,” offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or quiet reflection. Across the street, the Tahquitz Creek Channel trail invites peaceful sunrise or sunset walks.

Located in the desirable South Palm Springs area, this home offers a peaceful retreat with unbeatable convenience. You’re a quick 5-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs and just a scenic walk from The Saguaro, Ace Hotel, and Koffi South. Enjoy easy access to coffee shops, dining, nightlife, hiking trails, and more.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a USD750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: USD75/night
• April, May, October: USD50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there’s no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD200/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
