Bedroom One: King Bedroom Two: Queen Located in the heart of Sun Valley, this 2 bedroom 1.5 bath two story Creekside condo will sleep up to 4 guests. On the main level is the living area with a gas fireplace and 45 inch flat screen streaming-only TV. The large, fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 barstools at the countertop. The dining table seats 6. The half bath is on this level, just off the kitchen. There is a stack washer-dryer in a closet off the dining area. There is a nice big deck as you enter the condo with views of the mountains and the complex. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with a King bed and a sitting area. There are views of the creek below. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and views of the Mts. The hallway bath is shared by both bedrooms. There is a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. This condo does not have A/C. Complex Features: The Creekside Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Creekside condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. Please note: This property does NOT include resort amenities. There is no pool access. The Creekside Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Property Manager properties. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
