Charterhouse

Situated in the heart of the picture-perfect fishing village of Kingsand, Charterhouse is a spacious four-level holiday home for up to 8 guests, just a short walk from Kingsand Beach, local cafés, pubs, restaurants and the village’s independent shops. It’s a great base for families and groups looking for a classic Cornwall coastal break with everything close by. Inside you’ll find two living areas, giving everyone space to relax. The main lounge has a log burner for cozy evenings, while downstairs there’s a second lounge with a large Smart TV, comfortable seating and a pool table that converts into a dining table - ideal for easy group meals and a bit of fun after the beach! The house has four bedrooms, two king-size rooms and two twin rooms with a handy family bathroom between each pair of bedrooms. At the bottom of the street you’ll find Kingsand & Cawsand beaches, with cafés, little shops, traditional pubs and well-loved restaurants just a short walk away. Kingsand’s historic lanes don’t offer private parking, but the public pay-and-display car park is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the house. Need more space for a bigger gathering? You’ll also find other great options nearby, including Westward next door and Calm Cottage just a few doors up.
