After a full day of adventure relax in the primary ensuite bedroom complete with a King sleep number bed, spacious walk-in shower and dual vanities. Enjoy your favorite beverage and local views of the Ridgway mountain range on the private deck right outside of the bedroom. There is plenty of room for your personal items in the walk-in closet and a dedicated office desk is available for the remote professional in your group. Down the hall the second bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and full bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub/shower combo right across the hallway. A Queen size sofa bed in the living area comfortably sleeps two guests.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
