This means that in Tulum we will have occasional power-outs and the Internet connection can sometimes be spotty (especially if it rains). Please keep this in mind when booking this property. Rainy season notice From late August until mid-November we are in the rainy season. During this period there is a risk of heavy rain and occasional hurricanes. During the rainy season, you can expect dirt roads (which you find in different areas of Tulum) to get very muddy, you can expect some water to enter into properties and you can expect occasional power-outs. For hurricanes, follow the government advisory notices. We will always prepare the apartment exceeding government recommendation for the period.
