The small backyard area is a nice private spot to relax without having to bump into any other guests in neighboring units. The speed limit on this road is 25MPH, and there is a possibility of noise from traffic to be heard in the unit, even at night. There is another unit above this unit and there is a chance to hear a noise from the other unit.
