This unit is on the 5th floor and is in a building that does not have an elevator. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit.
Please note that this building was built in 1920 and has limited insulation causing noise to sometimes pass easily through the units. The roadway next to the building is Maine State Route 102 that has traffic passing through at all hours. The entire building observes a quiet time between 10:00PM-8:00AM which includes running your laundry as to not disturb the neighbors.
