Mariners Rest was recently renovated in Spring of 2025 and feels very "new" throughout. The location is near perfect as it puts guests within walking distance of Downtown SWH as well as the Claremont and Beals Lobster Pound! The Unit has 2 Living Rooms on each floor as well as an 2nd Floor Balcony creating a very spacious Unit even with 9 people in the home!

Guests have access to the entire house and property.
I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.

-There is one Pack N Play that is always in the Unit Free of Cost, additional are available for rent.
-The Pet Fee covers 2 Pets, if you plan on bringing more than 2 Pets please send us a message
-Cats are NOT allowed in the Unit
