Backside Bungalow is a BRAND NEW Renovated 1st Floor Apartment that was completed in 2025 in Southwest Harbor. The entire building was once a barn that has now been converted into 2 separate apartments. This is a perfect location to crash as you explore the park!

I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.
-Pets are NOT allowed at the unit
-This is a 1st floor apartment with another rental above. The outdoor patio is private to your unit as the upstairs unit has an outdoor deck. Each rental has its own gas grill.
-The property consists of 5 acres and another large rental is on the other side of the property and is separated by a large parking area.
-Grills are available for use late April until the end of November
