This is a 2nd floor unit in a duplex with another rental downstairs. This unit has private use of the 2nd floor deck while the downstairs unit has its own private use of the 1st floor deck. There is another rental unit in front of this unit.
There is parking available on-site for 1 vehicle. If needed, there is a paid parking lot right around the corner for ~$10/day.
