Villa Alexandra is a welcoming and beautifully appointed holiday home located in Katelios, Kefalonia. Set in a peaceful area at the edge of the village, surrounded by two other luxury villas in a private plot, it offers amazing sea views, privacy and tranquillity while still being just a short walk from the beach and local tavernas. With its private swimming pool, air-conditioned interiors, and comfortable layout, the villa is ideal for up to six guests seeking a relaxing and well-equipped retreat.
Layout
The villa is arranged across two levels. The main entrance opens into a bright air-conditioned open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, and a front terrace with direct access to the pool area via a small staircase and to the charming garden. Also on this level is a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate family bathroom with a bathtub and a decorative fireplace.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where there are two additional air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and one twin. The twin room also features an en-suite shower for added convenience.
Outdoor Areas
A small staircase from the front terrace leads down to the fenced garden and the sunny southeast-facing swimming pool (9.0m x 5.0m), which enjoys beautiful sea views.
The pool is bordered by spacious terraces that receive sun for most of the day, and the inviting alongside gazebo with a portable BBQ offers the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor dining and enjoying warm evenings under the Kefalonian sky.
Private parking is available within the property grounds.
