There is a safe organised playground for children, plus a vegetable garden in which you can “use” with our gardener’s help and taste home grown vegetables.
Our free of charge “hotel services” can make the difference for your stay, include daily cleaning, daily operating reception desk and Holiday Advisor & concierge centre where you can take advice or suggestions regarding everything in our island!
Villa Elodie ( 60 square meter house) offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people in beds. It is a two-storey villa designed to offer direct view to the sea from the first floor bedrooms and balcony.
Created and decorated to very high standards, with respect to the natural environment and including only branded materials as every detail matters for us! Kitchen worktop from “Compac”, bedroom floors from “Kahrs”, white marbles from Greece, water systems from “Grohe”, lights from “Augenti" and “Beca”, “Schüko” doors & windows, beds from “Cocomat” and furniture designed by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin (“Gubi dk”) and “Emu” designer Paola Navone are only some of the details which make this a very special villa.
Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. Open the doors to the veranda and connect the living room area with the pool and the garden. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds which can be transformed to a double one if it’s needed. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a king size double bed and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
Outdoors the villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with hydro massage jet and sun beds. The pool also contains a pool alarm system for child safety. Next to the pool there is also a hot tube for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor sitting area and a gas barbecue station from Porphyritic.
Set on the living area of “Pigianos Kampos”, the villa’s location is great and giving you the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car or bus, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum.
In a walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes you can find the long sandy beach of Rethymno and many traditional taverns and shops around the villa.
About 1.8 km away there is the centre of Stavromenos village where you can find almost everything!
Also in a distance of 4.3 km (less than 5 min by car), you reach Platanias, a well-known tourist resort that is in fact a suburb of Rethymno. Platanias has a great variety of choices including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, junk food and many bars and night-clubs.We would love to give you directions and information about all the places that you should visit based on your interests.Finally we recommend you to have a car but it is not necessary in our villa. Everything is reachable on foot and also there is a bus stop to Rethymno city 200 meters away from the villa.
