Accommodation at the villa is spread over two floors.The entrance leads from a courtyard garden into a welcoming living room, the kitchen and one of three bedrooms.Steps lead upstairs to the two remaining bedrooms, one with a private terrace overlooking the Saronic and the other with a super spacious stone gazebo, wrapped in the scents and colors of Bougainville flowers. The gardens and pool area of the villa, so easily accessed from the living room, make the property ideal for children. The sea-water pool leads to a lovely shaded lounge area. It is here that al fresco life really comes into it’s own. Soane Villa is surrounded by numerous idyllic, secluded bays with clear blue waters. Furthermore, a small bay, on a smooth rock is accessible via private pathways in front of the residence. The location of Villa Soane, at close distance from a multitude of spots, is ideal for a number of artistic, cultural, cosmopolitan or adventurous experiences.
