It also includes self-controlled air conditioning, a closet, a safe deposit box, and direct access to the pool area. The kitchenette is designed for convenience, equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, filter coffee machine, and washer—perfect for quick meals or light refreshments. The spa and fitness area offers a range of amenities to suit both relaxation and recreation. Featuring a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, a full-length mirror, and a ping pong table. For ultimate relaxation, the area includes a three-seat sauna and opens directly to the pool area.  As you ascend to the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a high wood-paneled ceiling and an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area, designed with a harmonious blend of classic charm and thoughtful functionality.
