Charming and spacious gated residence located 3km from the picturesque fishing village of Kilada, this villa boasts 7 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, 1 WC, generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, BBQ facilities, landscape garden, vegetable garden, as well as a tennis court. The villa’s 600m2 are tastefully furnished, all areas have A/C and accommodate up to 16 persons + 1 guests.
The villa is located approximately 400m away from the warm, crystal clear waters of the two sandy beaches, charming & family friendly Doroufi and Vrochitsa beach! Protected from the Argolic Gulf due to their position, both beaches are situated in shallow and calm coves, making them perfect for
youngsters to enjoy safely. The area’s climate makes it ideal for water sports, due to the lack of wind compared with the open waters of the Aegean Sea.
The villa is located near the small picturesque fishing village of Koilada where you can find traditional Greek fish taverns & cafes.A little further is the Cosmopolitan port of Porto Heli, where you can find everything from luxurious restaurants to traditional taverns, shops, cafés and night clubs.This part of Eastern Peloponnesus where the villas are located, apart from natural beauty, is one of the most archeological and historical places in Greece. You can visit Mycenae (Ancient Greek city), Tyrinth and Corinth; the ancient cave of Frachthi first inhabited in 40.000BC, Nafplion (important seaport in Middle Ages, beautiful castle-fort & Greece’s first capital city) or the world-renown ancient theater of Epidavros (were you can enjoy live theatrical performances) and the ruins of Aesculapius temple.
