The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features 3 double bedrooms, a large heated infinity swimming pool and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area.Combined with multiple balconies and terraces which were designed to be both private and also showcase the fantastic views, the villa also boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area inside the villa.

Visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the world or simply relax at the villa and enjoy its amazing views over the sea and mountains. Villa Kardia is only a 45-minute drive from the international airport of Chania and the historic Venetian city of Chania, known as ‘little Venice’.
Set on two floors, the villa has been designed to take advantage of the magnificent scenery and the thoughtful layout offers superb views from the bedrooms and living areas. The upper floor and main entrance area to the house feature 2 double bedrooms with large balconies. The lower floor features a further double bedroom, a spacious open plan living area, and access to the swimming pool and outdoor dining and terraces.
Bedroom 1
A master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower room, has access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace windows.
Bedroom 2
A bedroom with a king-size bed which can easily be converted to 2 single beds and a private balcony.
A staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.The spacious interior features a further double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living area, and a guest toilet.The living area overlooks the pool and views across the bay and features spacious seating areas, a television with satellite channels, and a large dining table.
The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas, and outdoor dining areas.
The private and heated swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool.
There is an option for the pool to be heated on request. The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests. A full outdoor dining area and the kitchen are situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, a large dining table has a covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with luxury beds, bedside cabinets and bedside lighting. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.
The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in every room.The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate, and parking for several cars, including 2 shaded pergola areas.A high chair is available at the villa for our younger guests. If required, the villa is also equipped with electric pool heating, full under-floor central heating, and patio heaters at the outside dining area.
Within a couple of minutes walk of the villa there is a shop, coffee shop, bar and two restaurants in nearby Kokkino Chorio village.Plaka village is a 5 minute drive where you can find supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area. The ‘Secret Beach’ is a small secluded beach 800 meters from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach and is abundant with seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous, including, diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.
The villa is perfectly situated between the city of Chania and the large town of Rethymnon and both offer historic charm and are beautiful to visit.
We highly recommend a day trip to the world famous beaches and lagoons of Balos and Elafonisi. An hour and a half away, these spectacular areas are recognized as being amongst the top beaches
