The place is very peaceful, ideal for people who want to have their privacy and relax. The villa is a ground floor, easy to access for people who want to avoid stairs. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a flat TV, a modern kitchen, one bathroom, a washing machine and air conditioning in each room. In the garden there is furniture so you can enjoy your meals and sunbeds for taking the sun. Private car parking space and BBQ facilities in the garden. A private door, opposite of the house, leads to the beach (keys of the door are provided). The villa is located in a calm family friendly neighborhood where you can have your privacy, however, shops and restaurants are three minutes drive.
