Penthouse Lynmouth Bay is a stylish sea view duplex apartment occupying the top two floors of the historic Lynton Cottage building, sleeping 6 across three spacious bedrooms. Lift access takes you to the entrance level, where you’ll find the bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, sofa, TV/DVD player and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over; a second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third has twin beds that can be made into a super-king double on request. A family bathroom with walk-in shower serves the remaining bedrooms. All rooms feature high thread-count linen and towels for two people per person allocated. Stairs lead up to the open-plan kitchen-diner and living room in the eaves, with sloping ceilings and exposed beams adding character. Three private balconies offer panoramic views across the sea, the Lynmouth gorge and river, and towards the cliffs and hills near Porlock. The living area has comfortable seating including a chaise longue, a smart TV and DVD player with an Xbox 360 games console, and binoculars for admiring the view. The dining area seats six and includes a highchair that converts to a low chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine with pods provided. A wide range of cookware, tableware and child-friendly non-breakable crockery is supplied, along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and cleaning basics. A travel cot is also available. Guests have access to shared terraced gardens with mature trees, footpaths and seating areas, plus private access to the zig-zag footpath towards Lynmouth. Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and linens are all included.
