Hedgehogs Lodge

Hedgehogs Lodge is a stylish timber lodge set in a peaceful rural spot on the West Down Estate near South Molton, offering a quiet countryside escape with wonderful far-reaching views and a private hot tub. Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge has one double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area, making it ideal for couples, families or friends. Accommodation is arranged on one level, with a light-filled open-plan space combining kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Large glass doors frame the countryside views and lead out onto a private terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, while the living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, a wood-burning stove and a television. There is one double bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Outside, guests have their own private terrace with seating, a BBQ and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and taking in the rural surroundings. Parking is available directly outside the lodge, with room for two cars at the bottom of the steps leading up to the property. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi, heating and electricity, all included in the price. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of GBP 25 per dog; dogs should be kept off the furniture, must not be left alone in the property, and owners are asked to clean up after them. Smoking is strictly not permitted. Please note the lodge has multiple steps leading up to it and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Check-in is from 4pm, with check-out by 10am.
