The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven with grill, 4 cooker rings, a microwave oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker for filter coffee and espresso, cooking kitchenware, a big refrigerator with freezer, serving utensils, a baby chair and a dining table. In the balcony a sitting lounge and two recliners are situated. On the upper level a bedroom with a a bathroom is situated. The outside area consists of a private (5*8 meters) swimming pool, a terrace with a built-in BBQ area, an outside faucet and a monasterial dining table. For all those who want to  discover the Ionian Sea further, they can find Agiofilli beach on the east of Vasiliki. The beach is 2.5 km away from Vasiliki and the access is easy via a small boat.
