Trinity Cottage is a beautifully refurbished four-bedroom property in Roadwater, Somerset, sleeping up to 8 guests and ideal for a family holiday or as a base for exploring Exmoor, the Quantocks and the West Somerset coastline. The cottage offers a king-sized double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower, a super king-sized double (zip/link, available as twin beds on request), a further king-sized double (zip/link, available as twin beds on request), and a double bedroom. There are two family bathrooms upstairs plus a downstairs cloakroom. Inside, a newly fitted kitchen features an Aga alongside an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, large American-style fridge freezer, and an extendable breakfast table seating up to 8, plus a separate dining room. The spacious sitting room has a wood-burning stove and Smart TV (Freeview, no satellite). Glazed bi-fold patio doors connect both the kitchen and sitting room to the rear patio. Wi-fi, heating and electricity are included, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, the cottage sits in an elevated position with lovely valley views and enjoys large, private gardens. There’s a lawned front garden with table and chairs, and a rear patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. A converted, heated games room in the former stables offers a pool table, darts and table football. Guests also have access to a 3-acre field behind the property with fine valley views, though it is not entirely enclosed and may sometimes have grazing sheep. Private parking is available for up to 4 cars on the gravel drive and in the garage; please note the driveway’s first section is narrow, though suitable for a transit van or similar. A public electric car charging point is located 100 metres away. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) for a supplement of GBP 15 per dog; please keep dogs off the furniture, out of upstairs areas, and never leave them unattended.
