Beachside Cottage in Minehead, Somerset is a recently renovated, high-spec 3-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 6 guests, just a minute’s walk from the beach and local shops. The bright, spacious lounge features two comfortable sofas, a separate armchair seating area, a flatscreen TV with Freeview and Netflix, and French doors leading out to the private walled garden. A separate dining room seats 6 at a contemporary table, with a sideboard stocked with board games, puzzles and books. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Bosch oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, a large Samsung fridge-freezer, a John Lewis washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Upstairs, the bright master bedroom has a super-king bed (convertible to two singles), dressing table and double wardrobe. A second double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and basin. The twin bedroom offers two single beds and a chest of drawers, and there’s a family bathroom with a large quadrant shower. A downstairs cloakroom adds further convenience. Outside, the private, enclosed walled garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, festoon lighting and a new decking area, complete with a barbecue and ample outdoor seating for al fresco dining. A brand-new games room has also been added for 2025, featuring a full-sized pool table, dartboard and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi speaker system. Wi-Fi, electricity and heating are all included, along with bed linen and towels. A private EV charge point is available for an additional charge. Two off-road parking spaces are provided in front of the garage area. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (please don’t leave them unattended in the cottage), and the property is suitable for children. Please note this property is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility and has no wheelchair access. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
