Pip’s Corner, Lynton

Pip’s Corner is a recently refurbished village home in Lynton, sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, with character features such as the original tiled floor in the porch and hallway and decorative fireplaces preserved throughout. The ground floor offers a comfortable lounge with smart TV and DVD player (with a decorative, non-usable fire), a well-equipped kitchen and dining room with induction hob, double electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and pine dining suite, plus a utility area with washing machine and freezer. A rear sunroom provides a peaceful spot to relax, with its own smart TV and door out to the courtyard. There’s a ground-floor shower room with toilet and basin. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, vanity unit and distant sea glimpses, a second bedroom offers a double bed and country views, and the third has twin beds. These are served by a family bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and basin. Outside, there’s an enclosed front garden with a bench, and a private rear courtyard with table and chairs for guests’ sole use. Free, unrestricted roadside parking is available nearby, with additional car parks in the village. One small or medium-sized dog is welcome for a supplement of GBP 40 (strictly one maximum, though a second may be considered by prior arrangement), on the condition it stays off the furniture and upstairs areas, is not left unattended, and any mess is cleared promptly; please bring your dog’s own bed. The property is strictly non-smoking and is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with restricted mobility. Bed linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels), with wifi, heating and electricity included. Check-in is from 4pm (no later than 10pm without prior approval) and check-out by 10am.
