Located in the famed "Golden Rectangle", just blocks from a breathtakingly beautiful beach in one direction and all the attractions of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea in another, Sweet Dreams is the perfect home base for your vacation. From galleries, boutiques and world-class restaurants to golfing, hiking, beaches and scenic drives, there is absolutely something to satisfy every traveler in and around the Carmel area. Living Spaces Sweet Dreams is a 1,685 sf home that is well-equipped for rest and relaxation. Enter the charming grape stake fence gate into the welcoming front yard where you can sip your morning coffee and breath in the fresh ocean air. The living room has ample comfortable furnishings placed near a gas fireplace perfect for cool coastal nights and a TV with cable service. Abundant natural light flows into the home through windows, skylights and French doors. Soothing neutrals softly punctuated by Ocean blue tones grace the home’s tasteful decor. Kitchen and Dining The immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals at your home-away-from-home. The Chef’s kitchen is adorned with solid countertops, warm-toned floors and cabinetry, and high-end stainless steel appliances including a gorgeous 6-burner stovetop. The dining table easily seats 8, or step out the French doors onto the private patio with a BBQ grill and a table and chairs for 6 to enjoy outdoor dining. Additional chairs are on hand. Outside, the private yard is surrounded by trees and greenery. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom #1 is a primary suite retreat with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a decadent Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. French doors exit onto a private patio. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a wifi-enabled Smart TV with streaming service. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with luxurious linens. Bedroom #4 has a twin daybed and a wifi-enabled Smart TV with streaming service. The full hall bathroom has a shower over tub combination and the home also has a half bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the home for guest use. Sorry, this home is not pet friendly. Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway. Street parking is limited so we recommend carpooling. In order not to park in front of neighbors’ homes, if you have more than one vehicle you may need to park a few blocks away. There is no garage parking. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager.
