Distance: 0.3 miles | Time: 4–5 minutes walking Panama City Beach: You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available.
