The villa is equipped with a heat pump system, providing underfloor heating in winter and liquid cooling air conditioning in summer. Large windows with mosquito screens and electric shutters add to the comfort. The high ceilings with exposed wooden beams create a warm and elegant atmosphere in the traditional Cretan style.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a large sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a large dressing room, and en-suite bathrooms offer direct access to the terrace and pool. Each room offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. A mezzanine with two 90 cm single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Located in a Natura 2000 natural area, the villa offers exceptional flora and fauna, ideal for hiking and exploration. The garden has been designed to preserve the natural environment, with fruit trees, olive trees, and palm trees, creating a typical Cretan landscape. A pétanque court awaits you in the shade of the olive trees, perfect for moments of relaxation.
In front of the house, there is a large outdoor area of over 250 m²: summer lounge, barbecue corner, dining area, and pool with sunbeds. The infinity pool (10 x 4 m) has a maximum depth of 1.7 meters. There is also an outdoor shower, and a large pergola provides shade for those seeking refuge from the sun.
