Villa Venisa is composed of four distinct units. The main section of the property includes two adjacent three-bedroom villas, Grand Maison and Maison, each with its own entrance, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Both villas provide direct access to the pool area, which features an outdoor lounge and dining space. The lower part of the estate includes two beautiful, fully autonomous guesthouses. With a total of three master bedrooms, one semi-double bedroom, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and two guesthouses, the villa offers an ideal layout for families or groups of friends who wish to spend time together while maintaining their privacy. Grand Maison, located on the left-hand side, consists of three en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a guest WC with a shower. The upper level features a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and a semi-double room. Maison, situated on the right-hand side, also offers three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a guest WC with a shower. The upper level includes a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The two guesthouses each include a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room area with a sofa bed (which can be prepared as a semi-double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Villa Venisa Sea View can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably, with the option to host two additional people by using the sofa beds in the guesthouses, allowing a maximum capacity of 16 guests.
