The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well maintained and decorated split level house of 190 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 bathroom and a toilet.
As you enter the house on your left, there is a fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary home appliances such as oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. On your right there is a spacious living room/dining room with LCD HD TV set with satellite, furnitures, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.
Leading through from the living room brings you to the superior double bedroom downstair with bathroom. Next to this bedroom there is another one which consists of two single beds. On the ground floor there is also a toilet next to the bedrooms and the living room.
From here a stair brings you into the upstairs two en-suite double bedrooms, each with private terrace of 30m2. All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. All bedrooms are provided WiFi with internet access.
The spacious exterior of the villa does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. A spacious area of 3000 m2 with typical plants and trees of the Vamos area and a private pool (surface: 50 m2 – depth: 100 cm-150cm – water system purification with salt) with wonderful views on the Chania province, provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal. Next to the pool someone cal also enjoy his meal as there is a shaded dining area of a long wooden table. Along the poolside terrace there are sunbeds, umbrellas beautifully positioned allowing you to relax at any time of the day. On the left side of the villa you can find a nice veranda with jacuzzi and sofa where you can admire breathtaking sunsets
The Villa is located in Vamos, 28 kilometres from the city of Chania and it is regarded as the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for various excursions in both the area of Chania and Rethymnon. Furthermore, there are several very good beaches in nearby coastal villages and many secluded coves awaiting your discovery.
Beaches within close proximity of the villa both famous also for their nightlife, Georgioupolis beach is 6 km (8 min drive), the beach of Kalyves is 8 km (10 min drive) and the beach of Almyrida is 6 km (8 min drive). Ombrogialos, in the municipality of Kefalas, is a jewel situated at 8 km from the villa (15 min drive).
