The villa is crafted according to the principles of ecologically conscious design with special care by its owners. Every attention has been paid to detail which is occasionally transformed into an artistic element as part of the building, or as custom crafted furniture. The project has been distinguished in an architectural exhibition and has also been published in architectural catalogues. The building materials, such as, natural paints, special colored plaster applied on the floors, the use of the in-site excavation stone, as well as the merging of unique rock formations in the interior, are chosen in respect of the environment. Paintings by a well- known local painter complete the interior atmosphere. Various gardens feature a range of carefully selected plants, local herbs and vegetables. Villa Art-Rock extends over three levels covering 150 m2 and can accommodate 6 guests in three bedrooms with private bathrooms with the possibility of 2 extra persons in the living room (at extra cost). On the entrance level, the living and dining area with the kitchen are enjoying captivating views as they are connected to two terraces. On the second level there are two bedrooms with access to planted courtyards. One bedroom includes a king size bed (bed size 2.0x2.0m), a desk and an en-suite spacious bathroom with a tub. Another bedroom hosts a double bed (bed size 1.6x2.0m, separate mattresses can also be used), with a desk and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. On the third level, there is a specially configured bedroom (bed size 1.5x2.0m) with an en-suite bathroom. All the beds have mattresses of excellent quality, antibacterial and anatomic topper mattresses made of latex, pillows from feathers, linen blankets and towels 100% cotton. There is also a possibility of accommodating extra two persons in the sofas in the living room. All bathrooms feature necessities including a make-up mirror, a hair dryer, pool towels, bathrobes and amenities such as organic personal care products 100% natural and pure. The villa offers a high efficiency fireplace, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and a reverse osmosis water filter. The living room and bedrooms areas feature air conditioning, satellite TV, MP3 player. In terms of security, triplex glazing is installed along with a central security system and external surveillance cameras. Outdoors the villa features various terraces and gardens where guests can enjoy the nature and spectacular views by gazing at the horizon during the day. Both the main terrace, which is covered by pergola, and the entrance terrace feature spacious sitting areas. The BBQ terrace, also covered by pergola, accommodates a dining table for six. The infinity swimming pool of 3,5 by10 m. (heated on request) with cascading waterfalls and the Jacuzzi are surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with plenty of sun loungers. Carob trees, aromatic plants and wild rock formations emerge among the gardens. Private parking is available. Taking into account that there are stairs and paths in the property, children should be under close observation. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
