Inside, the light-filled interior features soaring two-story windows, an open-concept living area, and stylish modern updates. The main-level primary suite offers privacy and convenience, while the upper-level bedroom and loft provide additional flexible sleeping space. Please keep your dogs on a leash at all times. There are a couple of dogs that sometimes roam the area. • No A/C (not common in mountain homes – enjoy cool evenings with open windows) • All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense) • Please note there are 5 exterior-facing security cameras on site at the front door, garage, back side, front side, and far corner of house • Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation. • Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved. • Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes.
