Villa Chiara is situated downhill in Mournies area, only 4 kilometers away from Chania center. It is a 170 square meters villa, in two levels within a plot of 400 square meters. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical devices and all the amenities one might need.
The exterior area is all you need in order to relax during your summer holidays. At the spacious yard you may find a large private swimming pool, with build-in smaller pool for children, an oversized stone built BBQ and green grass area. The only noise to disturb your peace and quiet is the bird singing which comes from the olive groves, avocado trees and orange orchards. Private and quiet villa, yet minutes away from the city center, beaches, the old Venetian town in Chania where you may find numerous cafes, restaurants and tavernas.
Villa Chiara is perfect for outdoor living, too. Enjoy barbeque nights with your family or friends within the peaceful setting of olive groves and orange orchards. The stone built barbeque and exterior sitting area have been carefully designed in order to meet our guests greatest expectations.
