Air conditioning is provided in every room. A third bedroom, also with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, is located on the main floor and is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The large windows allow sunlight to flow throughout the day. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen are on the same level, as well as a guest WC for convenient access from the pool area. An additional bedroom in the attic features a freestanding bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside, the villa is surrounded by nature in a 12-acre olive grove. There are two infinity pools and a jetted tub with an impressive waterfall. A modern BBQ is available for those who enjoy cooking and dining al fresco with family or friends.
