The villa is located in Skaleta, a peaceful suburb of Rethymno, offering the ideal balance between the tranquility of the countryside and the lively attractions of the island, just a 15-minute drive away. The interior combines minimalist elegance with subtle references to local tradition, including artworks depicting rural olive grove scenes. The villa includes two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring rainfall showers. Large patio doors open to the garden, filling each room with natural light. A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is available. Air conditioning is provided in every room.
A third bedroom, also with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, is located on the main floor and is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The large windows allow sunlight to flow throughout the day. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen are on the same level, as well as a guest WC for convenient access from the pool area. An additional bedroom in the attic features a freestanding bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by nature in a 12-acre olive grove. There are two infinity pools and a jetted tub with an impressive waterfall. A modern BBQ is available for those who enjoy cooking and dining al fresco with family or friends. The entire outdoor area is private and enclosed, ensuring full privacy.
The most magical time of day is sunset, when the sun slowly disappears behind the mountains. As night falls, the beautifully lit outdoor spaces and the surrounding sounds of nature create an unforgettable ambiance.
