Relax in this calming, quiet, roomy beach cottage. Built with the perfect blend of history and modern convenience in mind. Location is a perfect Beach Living/Flexible Work environment. You’ll be inspired by the location, and refreshed by the atmosphere. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Put on one of our original beach boys records, mix up an orange crush, and be taken back half a century to a time when life at the beach was filled with the sound waves of summer.
2 porches, a private fenced yard with patio. 1st floor is living room, dining, kitchen, laundry room, and 1/2 bath. *All of the bedrooms are on the second and 3rd floors. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom/ private bathroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom/ private bathroom and has a queen bed, bonus room with porch has sitting chairs, workspace, record player. 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom has a queen bed with large closet, full bath off the hallway, and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 closets.
Guests have access to the entire home and property including garage space. Owner doesn’t keep any personal items on the property.
Hosts are available for questions, concerns , and compliments. Keyless, no contact checkin for all guests. Come and go as you please.
