The villa is arranged over three levels. The main entrance is at the middle level, where an open-plan living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Large French windows open onto the main terrace, which features an outdoor dining area, a large barbecue, and a shaded lounge corner—perfect for al fresco meals and summer evenings.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged either as doubles or twins. These rooms share a bathroom and open onto a spacious veranda with stunning views across the bay.
On the lower level—still at garden level—you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other also with a double bed and a separate bathroom. Both rooms open directly onto the garden through French doors.
The garden is generously sized and beautifully maintained, with grassy lawns, mature trees, and vibrant flower beds. At its heart, a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella overlooks the tranquil bay of Salandi, creating an ideal space for rest and play.
