Villa Anissa is a one bedroom villa divided in two spaces: a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathtub -bathroom, a living area which includes a kitchen, a small dining table and a lounge.
Bathroom is tiled with white marble. The villa is equipped with modern furniture. Original hand-drawn paintings and art-works around the house complete the decoration.
The real winner of the villa is the spacious flagstone terrace. Trees and ivy climbing up the stone walls and pergolas create a lush environment. The villa is surrounded with olive trees and offers views to the hills. The dominant sounds are the rattling cicadas in the midsummer during noon and gentle crickets after sunset and the sea, though concealed, can still be heard roaring on a quiet night.
The pool size is 38.25 m2, min depth: 1.10 m, max depth: 1.60 m. Immersed marble-top steps secure effortless access for all.
The marble top round table for alfresco meals is placed under the shade of the pergola and the trees. A swing chair and the sunlounges are set around the pool. A portable barbeque is available upon demand.
