It is fully furnished both indoors and outdoors and comes equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as full bed and bath linen, making it ready to move into with just your personal suitcase. The house features a fully air-conditioned system with both cooling and heating, and fans in the ground floor bedrooms, dining room, and BBQ area. All rooms, including the living room and playroom, are equipped with smart TVs. Satellite and wireless internet are available throughout the property.
The house is supported by three freshwater tanks with a total capacity of 9,000 liters and a solar heating system for hot water installed on the roof. A private pool is included, with storage space located beneath it and an outdoor shower. The shared tennis court can also be used for basketball. The property has been almost completely renovated, with only the main structural walls preserved.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful beaches and traditional tavernas. Located in Akrotiri, it is just a five-minute walk to a small sandy beach, with Tersanas Beach, Kalathas Beach, and other nearby beaches easily accessible by car.
The dining room is situated on a covered veranda with guillotine glass windows. On the first floor, the living room features an iron stove, and the master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a 180 x 200 cm mattress and direct access to a small veranda.
On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 includes two single beds measuring 100 x 200 cm each and a large bathroom with a double shower, with direct access to the garden. Bedroom 2 features a 200 x 200 cm connected single mattress, an en suite bathroom, and access to the garden. Bedroom 3 has a double mattress of 180 x 200 cm, an en suite bathroom, and garden access as well.
The playroom includes a long sofa, a large smart TV, and two bunk beds measuring 140 x 200 cm, along with access to a covered veranda. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner.
Outside, there is a comfortable sitting area under a pergola with a four-meter dining table, as well as an outdoor living space, also covered by a pergola. The pool area includes two daybeds and four sun loungers. A garden fireplace completes the outdoor setting, creating a perfect environment for both relaxation and entertainment.
Macherida Beach is just a 5-minute walk away — a peaceful, natural cove known as a nudist-friendly beach, but open to everyone for swimming and sunbathing. Only 15 minutes on foot, you’ll find Tersanas Beach, a lovely spot with a charming taverna right by the sea — perfect for a relaxed meal after your swim. From there, a variety of beautiful beaches await within just 3 to 5 kilometers in either direction, offering plenty of options to explore and enjoy the stunning coastline.
