Property Manager presents this luminous and beautiful property with three bedrooms; the two main ones have a double bed each, wardrobe, and a window that provides brightness to the space. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed or separated into two singles according to your needs. The property has a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, and WC. Additionally, a bright and modern open bar-style kitchen with the necessary elements for you to prepare your favorite recipes during your stay. Within the same space, you will find a spacious living room and dining area where you can find a comfortable sofa and a cable TV to enjoy your favorite programs and a 4-seat dining table. The property is characterized by its sober and neutral design with touches of color that give life and warmth to each space, making you feel at home from the very first moment.
The strategically located housing just minutes from the center of Madrid and the main points of interest in the city. With all the amenities you need and with excellent customer service in case you require something additional.
This area is very well connected in the heart of the gastronomic golden mile and offers a wide cultural offer and numerous green and landscaped areas. You will have just a few steps away the beautiful Agustin Rodriguez park where you will enjoy the best sunsets, a few steps from the Canal Foundation where you will enjoy alternative cultural plans that the city offers, just 14 kilometers from the airport and the iconic Puerta del Sol, and not being little if you are a football lover, you will find the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium just a few meters away, where Real Madrid plays its most legendary matches.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You must sign a lease agreement
2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR
The property has an electronic lock, so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
