No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 7 night minimum rental period is required. Sand Pointe is a tobacco free property. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
