Kitchen and dining:
The kitchen here is all set for you to come in and prepare meals if that’s what your group has in mind.
You’ll find cookware, bake-ware and serve-ware as well as plenty of basics, we’ve even got the spices covered! Dine in the eat-in kitchen or gather around the table in the formal dining room.
We also provide the necessities like hand-soap and dish soap, cleaning cloths, paper towels and saran wrap/foil etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
All linens and pillows are provided for your stay. You’ll enjoy a great night’s sleep on the upgraded mattresses and crisp linens we’ve carefully selected to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
If you’re traveling with small children, you’ll find a toddler bed in the walk-in closet off the primary bedroom as well as a futon that could comfortably accommodate another little one.
Towels are also provided for your stay in addition to the following: body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and makeup cloths.
Living spaces:
We hope you’ll get comfortable and catch up on memories with friends or grab a great book and find yourself by the fireplace in the living room. This gathering space has been curated for your comfort and enjoyment.
Laundry:
On site washer and dryer available for you use means that you can pack light and do laundry as you need to. We provide laundry detergent.

The house is not far from Little Buffalo State Park which features a public pool, lake (with kayak, pedal boat, and canoe rentals), hiking trails, and playgrounds with pavilions for picnics, plus a great creek to play in and explore.

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 per day fee will be assessed
2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.
3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.
4) No fireworks on the property
5) No unauthorized parties or events
6) No pets allowed at the property.
7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us if that number changes as extra guest fees plus Property Manager taxes and fees apply.
8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.
9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.
10) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can’t use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.
