Bedrooms & Bathrooms This thoughtfully designed home offers flexible sleeping and privacy for everyone: -5 spacious bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and smart TVs -One of these bedrooms is located on the bottom floor along with guest bath -3 private en-suite bedrooms with walk-in showers -2 additional bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom -Two bedrooms with direct balcony access via sliding glass doors Whether you’re traveling with kids, teens, or extended family, the layout makes it easy to spread out and relax. -Open-Concept Living -The main living space is bright, airy, and designed for gathering after a day in the sun. Highlights include: -Comfortable living room with ample seating -Dining area perfect for shared meals and game nights -Gourmet kitchen with sleek appliances and generous prep space It’s an ideal setup for entertaining, relaxing, or simply enjoying time together. The Toes in the Water Experience From lazy river afternoons to sunset beach walks, Toes in the Water offers the perfect blend of space, resort fun, and coastal relaxation—making it an easy choice for memorable Panama City Beach vacations. Things to Note: -There is a $150 per day resort fee +$95.00 one time processing fee. This additional charge will be added to your reservation after confirmation. -Guests are required to register with the resort. Registration forms will be sent after reservation confirmation. -This unit is not pet friendly. -Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking. -Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the unit or surrounding areas and will result in a $500 penalty. -We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items. -Before arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations. -Animals are not allowed on the premises. -Beach towels are not provided.
