A short walk away, a boardwalk trail with observation points leads to Lake Memphremagog, where local wildlife such as deer, great blue herons, geese, and turtles can be observed. For water activities, a boat launch and rentals for rowboats and pontoons are available at Fitch Bay Marina, only 5 minutes away. Parking is also available at Forand Park, next to the marina. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused.
