Welcome to The Lookout Pair by Property Manager—two stunning cabins nestled high on Bluff Mountain with breathtaking views, total seclusion, and luxury amenities throughout. Combining 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and room for up to 20 guests, this dual-cabin retreat is ideal for group getaways, family vacations, or small celebrations seeking comfort and connection in the heart of nature.
Each cabin features its own indoor heated pool, private movie theater, game room, and outdoor hot tub—giving every guest a complete, private experience. Enjoy spacious decks overlooking the Smoky Mountains, unwind around cozy fire pits, and gather indoors or outdoors for memorable moments. Both cabins share access to a large community deck, available by reservation for events or simply enjoying the view together.

Located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, this cabin gives you access to top attractions like The Island, Dollywood, Splash Country, WonderWorks, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic Museum, and Tanger Outlets. While there’s plenty to explore nearby, the peaceful, private setting with mountain views makes it just as easy to stay in and enjoy the quiet.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn’t require 4WD, it’s advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Wedding & Event Policy:
Weddings and events at this property require prior approval and are subject to additional wedding and event fees. This policy helps ensure proper coordination, property care, and a smooth experience for all guests. Unauthorized weddings or events are not permitted. Please inquire for additional details.
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Heated Indoor Pool:
Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool’s temperature is carefully maintained between 82 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance:
Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin once a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Quiet Hours:
We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
No Smoking Indoors:
We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy:
Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog-friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet-friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Power Outages:
Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain an uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
Community Deck:
Please note that all Bluff Mountain properties share access to a community deck. This space is not included with your rental for private events like dinners, receptions, or celebrations, but it may be reserved separately upon request for a fee. Unauthorized use of the shared deck for gatherings is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without refund and charge of a $500 fee.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.

- Please leave the bedsheets on the floor by the bed and remember to grab all your belongings.
- If the fold-out sofa was used please be sure to take off the sheets and fold the sofa back correctly in its original position.
- Please take the trash out to the bear-proof bins outside. If you have any extra trash, kindly place it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will remove it after your checkout
