1. A daily resort fee of $35.00 (+tax) or 39.55 (Daily ) will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk. The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company- Boucher Brothers), It does not include the umbrella. It includes Pool and Jacuzzi access, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
2. A Registration fee of $56.50 per stay will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk.
3. Parking: $42 (+tax) per day. Large vehicles 84$ per night. Valet parking. There is no self parking.
4. Security Deposit: $100 reimbursable 3-5 days after check-out.
All mentioned fees are not refundable in case of cancellation as they are paid directly to the hotel.

6. A valid EMV credit card is required to guarantee this reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in. The hotel’s credit card authorization process seeks approval of $150.00 per day for incidentals in addition to the room and tax charges for the entire stay. You will also be asked to present a valid picture ID upon arrival.
