The updated kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, bright cabinetry, and a stylish backsplash — fully equipped for home-cooked meals or quick beach-day snacks. The open layout allows seamless flow into the dining area, making it easy for your group to spend time together. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for flexibility and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a single trundle, offering plenty of space for families. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with an additional single trundle underneath. This is a great setup for kids or mixed groups. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably host up to eight guests. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural environment. If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth and comfortable. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
