Want a change of pace? A short drive takes you to Elk Rapids for more dining, shopping, and small-town charm. Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed. ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ End your day in the peaceful king bedroom, complete with luxurious linens, a flatscreen TV, a sound machine, and ample closet space. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the Pack & Play and high chair provided for convenience. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch. ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit. ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.
