Prime Spot! Stroll across the street for your morning latte at Cup of Joe, grab a local craft beer at Hopscotch Tap Room, or wander downtown to explore boutique shops and restaurants along Front Street. Want a change of pace? A short drive takes you to Elk Rapids for more dining, shopping, and small-town charm. Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the Pack & Play and high chair provided for convenience. While there’s one bedroom, the condo comfortably accommodates up to five guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin rollaway bed available. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ The spacious ensuite bathroom includes: - A large walk-in shower - Washer & dryer - Toiletries and essentials for your stay ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker—plus all the basics you’ll need to cook and dine in. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the patio while watching the waves roll in. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Relax and unwind in the stylish living space featuring: - Plush, modern furniture - Electric fireplace for cozy evenings - Flatscreen TV - Board games for family fun - Stunning bay views visible from the sliding glass doors ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Step out to your private patio furnished with comfortable seating—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay. You’ll have direct beach access, just steps away for swimming, sunbathing, or leisurely walks along the shore. If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch. ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit. ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
